You may remember how only a couple of weeks ago my PT tried to crush me to death. Well, he didn't quite succeed on that occasion. I survived. So today he's having another go.
"You don't have to be great to get started, but you have to get started to be great" - to say that I'm 'not great' at pole dancing would be the world's biggest understatement.
