We often think - or at least I always thought - that the way we think is something which is fixed. That our thoughts are who we are - our personality that we're born with, something that can't be changed. As it turns out, we're not born with our thoughts.
When I started out on my weight loss journey it was all about shifting a few pounds of weight and regaining some energy. It has unexpectedly turned out to be about so much more than just that though. Along the way I've ended up discovering so many new things, which have helped me to become a much stronger version of myself, not only on a physical level, but also on a mental and emotional level.
